Surprisingly great vacuum cleaner!!. Came quickly and with various attachments (which I will probably never use.....). I had never had a cordless before. And who knew Ryobi makes vacs?? But it's handy and light and easy to empty. I really like it!!

Happy with the service provided. Found the vacuum easy to put together. On the performance, I am reasonably happy. My only gripe really is that it does not pick lint up off a textured carpet, not even on high power. The battery also seems to run down very quickly, especially if you use the high power function.

Shocking customer service bought tool delivered on time no problems, come to register warranty and the serial number does not exist in the list no option to add. Then I realised I had not received receipt/Invoice as proof of purchase is necessary for warranty.
So I emailed, used messenger and also the contact form to highlight my problems and not one reply. The tool is good bought I will not be investing any further with this system.
Spend some money on support staff rather than TV Commercials

The mower was easy to assemble as was the trimmer. Battery charged up quickly. Trimmer used first to do edges of lawn. Very effective due to lightness of equipment. Mower used on longish grass so battery discharged more quickly than expected and needed to wait three hours to recharge and complete mowing. Mower very manoeuvrable and light. Will consider getting second battery.

My patio cleaner arrived on time , was straight forward to clip together and was soon working hard removing winters unwanted left over of moss , grass and small vegetation between my 50 sq. m of brick paviors. It took 3 battery recharges to get the work done with the 4 AMh battery giving me a rest between each recharge. Excellent tool would recommend.

Wow! The 36v Ryobi chainsaw I just bought has exceeded all expectations. It cuts through wood like butter and is easy and safe to use. I cut through 12" logs with no problem. Amazing! People report that the oil sump leaks but I have not had that happen.
A couple of points...
It is difficult to see how much oil is left in the sump, as the plastic viewing port is mostly opaque.
The instructions manual is useless....the graphics are so small that you cannot safely assemble the unit without going on youtube to find someone sensible who has put it together and tested it.
There are no video guides on the Ryobi website for any chainsaw- shame on you!

Bought this save carrying our vac upstairs ,got good picking up suction not to heavy really pleased with it.hubby has got power tools in Ryobi and is really pleased with them that is why we went for the vac.

Very pleased with patio cleaner, easy to assemble and to use and, so far, it has done an efficient job.
Sounds a minor problem but I found it difficult to unpack when it arrived. I would like to have kept the box for storage, in case of return etc but it was packed in so tightly I had to slice the box open.

I have now purchased and used quite a lot of Ryobi tools .
Strimmer, blower,hedge cutter, power washer and mower.
I use them all the strimmer and blower in particular are excellent I can not fault then the hedge cutter is also excellent. The mower is good but I should have bought a larger one ,the only fault I would say with this is the height variation leaver this is awkward. The power washer is the hand held and in truth isn't powerful enough for me
Overall these are excellent tools robust and well made

Item good when working but stopped after 4 uses over a period of time. Customer services are absolutely atrocious 3 weeks before each contact and no resolution only message we get is its being dealt with ASAP but there are alot of customers waiting......Will not purchase these products again

After a few hiccups along the way. Ryobi came good. Sorted the problem out and all is well. Batteries were not charging correctly. After establishing it was the charger at fault, a new charger was supplied.

It was a very easy website to browse, easy to order at a good price. And delivery was very prompt. Well done Ryobi. Not yet used tools as wet weather, but battery charged and tools test run, just awaiting grass to grow, then dry out

The patio brush cleaner is brilliant and has made a real difference to the block paving, however I have to say the replacement brushes are very soft and have worn down very quickly. I realise they would wear down but not so quick and they are quite costly to replace too often

Lightweight and my husband ( he used it) said it was easy to use & cut well. Delivered super quick, battery lasted enough to cut the lawn with power over.
So much easier without a chord, just what we needed.

Excellent products with swift delivery. Would have been 5 stars except that they don’t supply an invoice with your purchase, you have to go on line and request one afterwards, why?
